They’re entrepreneurs, or managing teams in the workplace. They’re leaders in non profits or in digital spaces, they’re creatives who influence the masses with their art. Some are a combination of the above! Leadership is exciting and exhilarating but we know that its also stretching and hard. It’s even lonely sometimes. When you’re busy leading, building initiatives and developing everyone else, it’s hard to make space for all you need to thrive in your leadership.
